About Jeff Blackburn, DDS, FAGD
Award-winning dentist, Dr. Jeff Blackburn has been one of Richmond’s best known general, cosmetic and sedation dentists for over 38 years. After graduating from dental school in 1985, Dr. Blackburn opened his dental practice with a commitment to provide
the highest quality of care and best customer service possible. During his career he developed a truly one-of-a-kind experience for people to transform their smiles and oral health. More than 20,000 patients have come through his doors to take advantage of Dr.
Blackburn’s treatment philosophy and care. Through proper systems, techniques and skill development, Dr. Blackburn also became one of America’s top producing dentists.
Throughout his career, Dr. Blackburn received numerous awards including Fellowship Awards with the Academy of General Dentistry and DOCS as well as earning the distinction of being named one of America’s Top Dentists. He also received the “Evaluator Emeritus” award for over 30 years of service for Dr. Gordon Christensen’s Clinicians Report and the dental community. He has been very active in his own community and with helping others and was the recipient of a National Humanitarian Award. Additionally, he is a board member and spokesperson for Oral Cancer Cause, a 501c3 non-profit corporation.

About Robin Morrison
Robin Morrison’s impressive journey in dentistry and healthcare, coupled with her entrepreneurial drive, led her to establish two thriving companies. She is the president of RLM Healthcare Marketing & Consulting, Inc., founded in 1997, and Dental Consultant Connection, founded in 2011.
Robin began her dental career as a dental office administrator and marketing director in a pioneering dental practice. Fueling her passion for dentistry, she ventured into entrepreneurship in 1997 and founded RLM Healthcare Marketing & Consulting.
Driven by her keen eye for business opportunities, Robin couldn’t resist launching her second venture, Dental Consultant Connection (DCC). DCC acts as a bridge, connecting dental consultants and dentists to ensure the right consultant is chosen to meet their specific needs. The company boasts a talented team of over 30 dental consultants, each specialized in niche areas of dentistry.
In 2012, Robin collaborated with Linda Miles to establish Oral Cancer Cause, Inc. (OCC), a 501c3 non-profit. As founders of OCC and partners in other dental projects, they tirelessly work to provide financial assistance to oral cancer patients and their families during treatment, while also raising awareness about oral cancer.
OCC’s founding is deeply rooted in memory as it honors Robin’s late brother, Mike Collins, and Linda’s sister-in-law, Charlotte Estep, both of whom lost their battles with oral cancer.
Robin’s professional affiliations include the Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC), the Speaking Consulting Network (SCN), AADOM Speaker/Consultant Alliance, Dental Entrepreneur Women (DEW), and she is a lifetime member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). Her contributions to the dental community and dedication to healthcare are truly commendable.
